Lime Crime have a great selection of lipsticks which are very opaque. They glide on easily and have great staying power! Centrifuchsia is one of my favourite perk me up colours. It's probably not appropriate for a serious corporate job, but if you're allowed to have fun with colours (unlike me...) go wild and free!

M.A.C Charismatic is one of those go to never fail colours for me. It's sheer and true to it's category as a lustrous hydrating almost gloss lipstick. It's not very long wearing because it's not matte at all! But, if you want colour and hydration for a casual everyday lip this is a no fail. Plus if you want in on the orange lip trend this season but you don't want to go so bold try a colour like this and opt for sheer red orange.
Another M.A.C, Spice It Up! has been one of my all time favourites since I can remember. It is again a part of the Lustre range, I believe these babies started it all for M.A.C (correct me if I'm wrong). For me a berry red is what it's all about. If I want a sexy depth of colour to my lips I'm going to Spice It Up! - see what I did there. Lustre lipsticks are very hydrating (perfect for chapped lips) and opaque but they aren't very long lasting so don't forget to reapply every now and then.
