E.L.F are one of those drugstore brands who just get it. Low prices, quality pigmented products which dupe a variety of high end items and they're cruelty free.

I purchased the E.L.F Gotta Glow on iherb.com last month thinking it looked like a nice highlighter, not knowing it has been claimed by many a beauty enthusiast as a dupe for Nars Albatross.  I don't have Nars Albatross to compare it to although having tested it recently and having seen comparison pictures of these two I am happy to agree it is a close match.

Gotta Glow comes up a gorgeous white gold, the shimmery granules are slightly larger than Albatross which makes Gotta Glow slightly harder to blend over high coverage foundations (not a big deal when you're paying 10 times less!). Gotta Glow is a little chalky for my liking but I have found using a finger to blend it is much easier and more effective than a brush, although a small thin fan brush would work just fine.
