Sometimes life gets wacky. Here's a list of Ten things to do to help you relax.
1. Go for a walk.
2. If it's sunny lather up with sunscreen, grab a towel and book to read in the sun. Soaking up some vitamin D is essential.
4. Run a bath, get those Lush products out and smell the rainbow (literally).
5. Take up kickboxing. Your stress might be a little more 'elevated' than the norm.
6. Meet up with a friend who makes you laugh. Do something fun or just giggle about things over coffee.
8. Cuddle a kitty or throw a ball around for your dog.. don't have a pet? Visit a pet adoption center and offer to help out.
9. Take your camera and snap some shots, anyone can be a photographer these days and it's very relaxing to focus on 'getting the shot' opposed to what's stressing you out.
10. Try tea. Green or peppermint tea are my favourite. Sit down and look pensively outside.
